These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all applications and services operated by Higher Self Solutions FZCO, including but not limited to Aatman and Jetayu.


By downloading or using any Higher Self app, you agree to these Terms.



1. Relationship to Apple


These Terms are an agreement between you and Higher Self Solutions FZCO, not Apple Inc.


Apple:


  • Is not responsible for the Apps or their content

  • Has no obligation to provide maintenance or support



2. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.



3. Use of the Services


You agree not to:


  • Use the Apps for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering

  • Interfere with app security or functionality



4. AI-Generated Content


Our Apps may include AI-generated insights or responses. These are:


  • Provided for informational or experiential purposes only

  • Not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice


You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.



5. User Content


You retain ownership of content you submit.

You grant Higher Self a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content only to operate and improve the Services.



6. Intellectual Property


All software, design, branding, and content across Higher Self apps are owned by or licensed to Higher Self and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.



7. Termination


We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.



8. Disclaimer of Warranties


The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.



9. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higher Self shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.



10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.



11. Apple Third-Party Beneficiary


Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
